We can only use the ip ban on players because if we use the cd key ban 1/2 or more of the players will be banned, so we have to use ip ban on players but the only problem is the hackers know how to change their ip so they get back on with a new ip.

Indeed since the majority are using the same product key. And banning one leads to banning 10 random players. Our main objective is to keep the servers full with 16/16 if possible.
Maybe we can recruit more admins, we will try to find some solutions.
