Need help setting up a server

Hello BK I need your advice 
, so I rented a server at Elite Game Servers, now I've managed to add some custom maps and almost everything is fine except that my server isn't showing in any of the servers lists, is possible to enter via direct IP, the init.txt contains a sv_public 1, sapp is instaled, I'm also clueless about adding admins or giving admin rights to a particular user, it´s the first time I rent a server so any piece of advice is welcome, thanks in advance.
