hi, i was playing on the bigass server and i was having trouble because i was always crashing when i went in the server, so as soon as i went in i asked bk mark to help me out he was so helpful, he asked me a few questions like do i have the patch, or did i have hack 2 and he asked for my email address and send me a link to download something called loader.dll and told me to put it my controls folder, i was using a patch a while ago, and ever since that i never crashed not even once, and he showed me bookmarking servers with F4 and F5 for server list etc, he was really kind and i'd like to thank him for that
