This leads to battles being unfair due to AFK players not being in the fight. We also have some players that like to log in to a map and constantly teams shoot their own teammates or run over them with vehicles just to be an annoyance.

Yes, I want to kick them out the game, we have too many players logging into a game and then leaving for hours at a time, this makes the teams unbalanced and unfair. I've been in games where it was 8 vs 3 because my team had 5 players that were AFK, that's unfair.
