I personally think he should be promoted ASAP because as a fellow admin and I'm speaking for many other colleagues too that this guy is the epitome of leadership. The best interest of this clan and the server, I moat earnestly recommend that this guy be promoted to a higher level of administration as quickly as possible. So, I request blackfather that you do the needful and promote him. He has "upper management" written all over him.

We take all requests serious, but also all complains we must investigate. We do that with all level admins.
We are monitoring all games, some only with logs, some servers are monitored with real players (no admins) that report to us once in a month.
When the upgrade or downgrade is triggered you will be informed. Both are being done once in a month.
