Server IP

When I join BlAcK now, it shows an IP address of 45.56.115.86:2316... not the long time address of 104.153.105.98:2316. I know the old server was having a lot of issues. And one day I saw two BlAcK games listed at the same time. Is this change permanent. Will the gametracker.com server info be updated to show the new IP?

Will the new server be connected with gametracker? And will the stats restart from zero or will the player stats from the old IP be connected to the new IP on gametracker?

I figured that might be the case.
Will the new server be added to Gametracker? It looks like Blackshalo.com is just showing links to stats for the old servers.
