"Report Admins BY starting admins" is for lvl 0 admins, to report admins who abuses or use hacks on our servers.
u can report normal players in halo ce servers topics.
p.s : i moved it to Black on Halo CE

The player it's_Abel was walling in the server, when i was in the server for a while i seen him doing this to players who were behind hills and walls. I gave him a warning but he continues to use wall after the warning.
