Suspect hackers

I need help on the server BK {USA} Zombies (Port: 2313), I suspect several players but I can not do anything, just mute and warn.
I want a higher rank, but I do not know how to get it.
Suspected players:
QS' a fly
Sapo Macho
And other but i lost her names

Hey Madder, I definitely agree there needs to be higher ranked admins on this server. It's natural that a slayer will have a significant number of hackers and this has been incredibly unbearable the last few days.
