Need help with setting up

Hello, New here and been playing yall’s ROK servers and would like to know how to set up unlimited ammo with no reload in local dedicated server?
Basically I want to simulate these conditions to train getting better using halo ce multiplayer maps with AI opponents for becoming black halo clan member so I can improve and support this clan.
I did my own intensive research and isnt much out there for a guide to do so.
Any help would be appreciated.
