Help me guys I can not start section in my computer but in the of my friend if I can enter why it will be?

I assume that you are trying to join black PC 2305 and you have halo CE. To join this server you must have HALO COMBAT EVOLVED or ask your friend to get HALO CUSTOM EDITION so you can both play in same server, black CE 2316.
