A few questions about becoming admin

Hi everyone, I have a few questiona regarding on how to become admin of Bk
1.- what are the requirements? Talking about how many hours spent on Bk servers
2.- to be admin is necessary to make a donation?? If it is, how much is required?
I make these questions because I have over 3 months waiting to be accepted as a member of Bk and nobody has sent me a reply.
