Bk desconcido

Hello Friends, im a server admin for {L°E°} servers.
Im having an issue with a player that uses your clan tag.

In the past few days we banned him as he was killing himself in game, betraying and being abusive towards other players in chat.
Since we banned him, he started to ddos our servers.

I know it's him because i could track back his first attack, he used the same ip to join the game server and then sent a ping to the server ip and launched tcp frag ddos attack.
Basically all the traffic he generated was filtered so it was quite pointless...
The same thing happened every day in the lst week, he swtiched to udp attacks (still filtered).

He tries to join, gets banned, ddos.

Im attaching some proof (his ip, cdkey, alias, the attacks etc etc..)

Now im not point fingers here as i dont know if he's acctualy a member of yours, but since he's using your clan tag im here asking if you know the guy?
It's a 20 years old game, we are bunch of adults that want to enjoy their free time playing some custom maps.
As our servers are hosted on a vps i have to make this person aware that denial of service is a crime and that the host (no us) is obliged to report the incidents and provide all tracking to the competent authorities.

Dont ruin your life over an old video game, if you want to play with us and have a fun time just contact me.
If you behave i will unban you and we can have fun togheter.

Note: as you can see all the traffic you generate is being filtered by a scrubbing center that can hold up to 5tbs of traffic so your effor is pretty useless.

Este jugador se conecta constantemente en diferentes servidores; incluidos los de bk, hace spam, se suicida y bueno, otras cosas además de ello, por lo que no es raro que en tus servidores se comporte de esa manera.
