If it's the player I think you're talking about, i.e. "MATADOR", then I don't think they hack - they are pretty good, camp well and make the most of the blue spawn points. At least when I watched them, they weren't hacking - I've had my suspicions but I think they are just one of those players who know how to rack up the kills with the setup the way it is.

There is another player who comes in occasionally with a similar name but using symbols, something like "the M't@d0r" or similar - now he is a hacker...
